Education
At GRRoM, we not only rescue golden, but also believe in teaching people how to be good pet parents. We offer education on fostering, adopting, and caring for pets through events and online resources. Our goal is to help empower people to give their pets the best care possible.
Rescued Goldens come in all shapes and sizes! Sometimes, they are puppies! We have collected some resources to help you bring your new puppy home!
Our goal at GRRoM is to arm our foster and adopt families with resources and education. GRRoM was recently a part of a rescue effort for several Goldens who were in a Toldeo Puppy Mill. With this influx, we hope to provide guidance and education for anyone interested in helping.

As dedicated advocates, we know that many Goldens who come into our rescue require specialized medical care. Through our stories, we shed light on the unique medical needs of our furry friends and the compassionate efforts our team undertakes to provide them with the best possible care. From surgeries to rehabilitative therapies, we showcase the incredible resilience and spirit of the Goldens we serve.
Life can change in an instant, and for some of the dogs who come to GRRoM, it feels like their whole world has been turned upside down. Right now, we have three very special senior Goldens—Harley, Davidson, and Holly—who need our help more than ever.
