New Rescues Fund to Support Harley, Davidson, and Holly!

Harley & Davidson

Two gentle souls are caught in the storm of loss and uncertainty. Their beloved owner passed away, and now Harley and Davidson—two loyal companions—are being fostered with GRRoM.

These senior boys have already lost their person, so they cannot lose each other. We are committed to keeping them together and addressing their medical needs!

In particular, we are concerned with Harley. He has lost a significant amount of weight and we need to figure out if this is because he was missing meals or if there is something more going.

Davidson also has his share of concerns, including struggling with mobility. We want to understand if this is due to his age or if there is an injury that needs to be addressed.

We also need to get these boys neutered and up to date on vaccines and regular veterinary care. Their world has been turned upside down, and there’s so much we don’t know.

But what we do know is this:

  • They are bonded and must stay together.

  • They are good with other dogs.

  • They need kindness, patience, and a quiet place to land.

These boys are not just “two more senior dogs.” They are grieving, loyal, confused companions who’ve had everything ripped away. All they have now… is each other and GRRoM!

Please, if you can open your heart and donate towards these boy’s care. Harley and Davidson don’t have time on their side. They need TLC as soon as possible!

Holly

Holly is 8 years old and was surrendered to GRRoM with her sister Lucy (who has already been adopted). Holly is being fostered now.

Holly has needed quite a bit of medical support from GRRoM. When was not spayed when she came to us, so that was first on our list! We also had x-rays done due to an issue with her gait. It was found she has severe shoulder dysplasia, resulting in lameness, as well as hip dysplasia. She is being treated with medications for these conditions at this time.

We are hopefully that she can maintain her mobility with the meds and regular bloodwork!

Please consider donating to Holly's care
