Who is looking for a darling and petite companion dog? Sophia is a sweetie with a golden heart. In her previous life, she was a breeder dog and is now the happiest when she can be next to you and snuggle. She also loves to lie in your lap and at 25 lbs. she actually fits! She plays with her puppy foster brother, but he can be a little rough, so she has to let him know when it’s time to stop. She lives with a foster cat and just ignores her. Sophia can initially be a little shy around strangers but warms up quickly. She would do best in a home with a fenced yard. She has had limited experience with children so they should be at least 10 years old in her new home. Formal obedience training is not required. Sophia would do well with either a novice or an experienced family. What a great dog that you just have to meet if you are interested in a smaller dog that has a ton of love to share.
