Hello, my name is Koda, and I would love to join your family! My favorite activities are playing fetch, cuddling, and watching my crazy Golden foster brother. I am a calm, quiet boy who has no trouble sleeping through the night or napping at home when my humans are at work. It makes me so happy when people pet or brush me that I almost fall asleep. When I’m done playing, I am content to chill with my people. A physically fenced yard is required to help me thrive and I need a family with children over the age of 12. A quiet home with a structured routine would suit me best. I’ve had trouble in the past with resource guarding, but my foster family sets me up for success by not having bones out for me to guard! I only exhibited resource guarding in my foster home during the first 3 days. After that initial period, I have been a good boy. I’m a fast learner who knows basic commands and I just love to please. I would be happy as an only dog or with canine siblings. Not sure whether I would like cats or not. I can’t wait to find my forever family! If you think you might love me, come and meet me! Positive reinforcement obedience training is required with proof on enrollment due at time of adoption.
