Cider

06/18/2013 - Female

Status:

Adopted as of August 25th, 2023!

Sweet Cider was adopted and found her forever home! Congratulations🎈

So happy for you Cheryl and Lance.

About:

She might be 10 years old, but she doesn’t know it!  She loves to play and find rocks in the yard or garden.  She loves to greet new people and make sure they pet her!  She does well on a leash, good with other dogs and cats.  She is blind in one eye but that doesn’t slow her down.  At times, she can be a little startled when not sure where someone is coming from. Therefore, she will need someone who is patient and willing to make sure she knows where your hands are to put her at ease.  Cider can be left alone for up to 8 hours.  She likes to be around her humans and enjoys grabbing her toys and throwing them around to play.  A home that has children 12 and older would be ideal for Cider and she would do best with an experienced family. She does not require a physical fence, but would need to make sure she is not left alone on a stake or long leash as she can be known to try to chase rabbits.
